State of the CE Union Home Theater System Giveaway
OFFICIAL RULES
1.
REGISTRATION TO THE 2008 STATE OF THE CE UNION EVENT IS REQUIRED: Sweepstakes
entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. PST on July 11, 2008 until 11:59 p.m. PST on October 15, 2008
(the "Entry Period").
2.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the "State of the CE Union Home Theater System Giveaway," use the online entry
form and
complete the form, following all instructions. All
fields on the registration form must be completed.
Alternatively, to enter by mail, send a 4" x 6" postcard
on which you have included your name, address, e-mail
address, birth date and telephone number and mail
it to "Yamaha Electronics RX-V861 Giveaway, 8630
Little Road, Suite 1, Box 118, New Port Richey, FL
34654." Entries must be received on or before
11:59 p.m. PST on October 15, 2008 in order to be
eligible for the drawing. Entries are limited to
one per registered attendee. Any
mass entries will be disqualified. Audioholics.com
is not responsible for any hardware, software or
communications error resulting in failure to receive
and register any entry. In the event of a dispute
over the identity of an online entrant, entry will
be deemed to belong to the holder of the e-mail account.
All entries are the property of Audioholics.com,
and Audioholics.com reserves the right to disqualify
any entrant who violates the rules or tampers with
the promotion or the web site. Audioholics.com reserves
the right to modify, suspend or terminate the entire
promotion at any time. If promotion is terminated
for any reason, notice will be promptly posted at http://www.audioholics.com.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to registered attendees of the 2008 State of the CE Union Event, located in the USA, who are 18 years of age
or older at the time of entry. Employees, principals,
and immediate family of Audioholics.com are ineligible
to enter.
4.
DRAWING: The prize winner will be selected on October 23rd, 2008 by Audioholics in a random
drawing to be conducted live at the State of the CE Union event in Orlando, Florida, whose decisions are final and binding.
Odds of winning
depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
The prize winner must be present at the live event to claim their prize. If a prize winner
is not present at the drawing to claim their prize the prize
will be deemed forfeited and a new winner will be
drawn from all remaining eligible entries. In accepting
any prize, the prize winner grants permission to
have his or her name used for Audioholics.com's advertising
and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
5.
PRIZES: The prizes in this drawing are: 1) Marantz AV receiver, 1) Oppo DV-983H DVD player, 1) EMP EF30T 5.1 System, 1) DVIGear 2m HDMI cable, 1) DVIGear 3m HDMI cable, and 100' Impact Acoustics Velocity bulk speaker cable. Audioholics.com may, at its discretion,
require the prize winner to complete and return an
affidavit certifying the prize winner's eligibility
for the prize and to provide the winner's federal
tax ID number. Audioholics.com shall not be deemed
to be a seller of the prize for any purpose, and
does not assume any responsibility or liability,
under tort or contract, for the proper or improper
use or installation of the prize or for its merchantability
or suitability for any particular purpose. In accepting
the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify
and hold harmless Audioholics.com and its agents,
servants and employees from any liability arising
from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which
may arise from the possession, use or misuse of the
prize.
6.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Void where prohibited
or restricted by law. By entering or accepting a
prize in this Sweepstakes, winner agrees to be bound
by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal,
state, and local laws and regulations. Any federal,
state, or local taxes which may apply are the sole
responsibility of the prize winners.
7.
LIST OF WINNERS: Following the award of the prize,
the prize winners' names will be posted at www.audioholics.com.
The name of the winner may also be obtained by sending
a request, specifying the name of the sweepstakes,

Richey, FL 34654.

MARKETING DISCLOSURES: Sweepstakes entrants will
automatically be enrolled to receive the Audioholics.com
HTA Newsletter. If you would like to enter the Sweepstakes
but not receive the newsletter or other mailings,
please click on the link at the bottom of the newsletter
and follow the directions for removal from the mailing
list.
